Fit Factory is a 780 m² wellness and fitness space in Saburtalo, completed as a full turnkey renovation project. APROEKTE provided the complete execution process, including construction and finishing works, MEP coordination, lighting, custom joinery, built-in furniture, sanitary areas, and final interior installation.
The story
The program combines reformer and group training studios, gym areas, showers and changing facilities, and a compact cafeteria. Exposed concrete ceilings, visible technical systems, warm wood finishes, mirrored surfaces, soft neutral colors, and integrated lighting create a balanced industrial-contemporary identity throughout the space.
The project was delivered as one integrated service, from the initial shell to a fully operational and furnished fitness studio.
