Velor Residence is a 94 m² completed residential interior in Batumi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE managed the complete renovation process, including finishing works, lighting, custom joinery, and furniture production. The interior combines deep graphite tones, dark wood, natural stone, warm lighting, and refined classical wall detailing. The result is a sophisticated, cohesive space with a strong contemporary character and carefully integrated custom furniture.
