Terranova Hills is a boutique cottage resort integrated into the natural landscape of Patardzeuli. The three-hectare sloping site is organized into three landscaped terraces, providing panoramic views, privacy, and natural light while minimizing earthworks. A central hospitality building includes reception, restaurant, lounge, and shared facilities, while cottages are connected by pedestrian paths and landscaped recreational areas. A swimming pool, viewing terraces, timber cladding, natural stone, dark metal roofs, and panoramic glazing create a contemporary mountain-resort identity focused on comfort and connection with nature.
