Sola Residence is a 145 m² completed residential interior in Lisi, Tbilisi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE carried out the renovation works, finishing, lighting, built-in elements, and custom furniture production. The interior is shaped by light oak, warm stone, soft neutral fabrics, and natural daylight, creating a calm and refined atmosphere. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom are connected through one consistent material and color palette. The project was completed as an integrated renovation and furniture package, ensuring a coherent final result throughout the residence.
