Seaview Studio is a 45 m² completed residential interior in Gonio, Batumi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE managed the complete execution process, including renovation works, lighting, built-in elements, and custom furniture production.
The story
The compact studio is organized as a single functional space combining sleeping, living, dining, and kitchen zones. Warm neutral tones, wood textures, stone surfaces, and soft integrated lighting create a calm contemporary atmosphere while preserving the open sea view.
The project was completed as one integrated service, combining full renovation and furniture production for a cohesive final result.
