Rawline Residence is a 72 m² completed residential interior in Nutsubidze, Tbilisi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE carried out the complete renovation process, including construction and finishing works, integrated lighting, custom joinery, and furniture production. The interior combines exposed concrete ceilings, textured neutral walls, dark wood, black metal details, and warm accent lighting. The open-plan living and kitchen zone creates a restrained industrial character while maintaining comfort and functionality throughout the apartment.
