Oakline Residence is a 61 m² completed residential interior in Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE managed the entire process — construction and finishing works, lighting, interior installation, and custom furniture production. Natural wood, light stone, and warm neutral tones create a calm contemporary interior, while the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area maximizes functionality. The apartment was delivered fully finished and furnished, from black frame to final result.
