Nova 45 is a 45 m² apartment interior in Kutaisi, designed to transform a compact footprint into a bright, open, and highly functional living environment. The concept is based on visual clarity and restraint, combining white architectural surfaces, natural oak textures, soft neutral fabrics, and transparent furniture to enhance the perception of space.
The story
The kitchen, dining, and living zones are connected through a continuous material palette and minimal architectural detailing, allowing the apartment to feel larger and more unified. Warm timber elements balance the predominantly white interior, while exposed concrete accents, discreet lighting, and lightweight furniture introduce a contemporary character. The result is a calm and efficient home where every element supports both spatial openness and everyday functionality.
