NOIRA RESIDENCE

Noira Residence is a210m² completed residential interior in Vake, Tbilisi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE provided the complete renovation process, including construction and finishing works, integrated lighting, custom joinery, and furniture production. The interior is defined by dark natural wood textures, warm neutral tones, refined stone surfaces, and clean contemporary lines. The living, dining, and bedroom areas were designed as one coherent visual language, balancing comfort, elegance, and functionality. The project was completed as an all-in-one service, where both renovation works and custom furniture were executed together to achieve a cohesive final result.
