Nexa Workspace is a 420 m² completed office project in Saburtalo, delivered as a full turnkey service from black-frame condition to a fully finished and equipped workplace. APROEKTE managed the complete renovation process, including finishing works, lighting, glass partitions, built-in elements, and custom office furniture production.
The story
The interior combines warm wood textures, neutral surfaces, black metal detailing, and transparent meeting-room partitions. Open work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and circulation spaces are organized within one clean and functional architectural language.
The project was completed as an integrated renovation and furniture package, providing the client with a ready-to-use office environment.
