Monolith Residence Interior is a 210 m² private residential interior project in Mtskheta, combining contemporary minimalism with a warm, calm, and monolithic character. The design is built around a restrained neutral palette, dark stone textures, warm timber elements, and precise black accents. The living, dining, and kitchen areas unfold as one continuous open-plan space while maintaining clear functional identities through material transitions, lighting, and furniture composition. A linear fireplace and a monolithic media wall form the architectural focal point of the living area, while expansive glazing brings abundant natural light into the interior. In the staircase zone, transparent glass balustrades, dark floating steps, integrated linear lighting, and greenery create a light contemporary connection between levels. Clean geometry, tactile material contrasts, and carefully controlled lighting establish a refined residential atmosphere that is functional, timeless, and visually coherent.
