LUMEN ISANI

Lumen Isani is a 67 m² contemporary apartment interior located in Isani, Tbilisi. The concept is based on visual lightness, functional planning, and a warm natural material palette. Light oak, soft white surfaces, subtle stone textures, and restrained black accents create a calm and balanced atmosphere throughout the residence.

The story

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are organized as a unified social space, maximizing natural light and creating a greater sense of openness. Integrated storage, clean architectural lines, custom furniture, and layered lighting maintain a minimal aesthetic while supporting everyday functionality. In the bathroom, large-format marble-effect surfaces are combined with warm timber cabinetry, frameless glass, and black fixtures to create a refined spa-like character.
