Linea 62 is a 62 m² contemporary apartment interior in Kutaisi, defined by precise geometry, linear lighting, and a restrained palette of cool grey tones balanced with the warmth of natural wood. The design focuses on visual continuity and efficient spatial organization, creating a modern living environment that feels open, structured, and comfortable.
The story
Glass partitions divide the functional zones without interrupting natural light or the visual connection between spaces. Integrated storage, a minimalist kitchen, clean architectural surfaces, and graphic black details reinforce the apartment’s urban character. In the bedroom, a textured feature wall and soft concealed lighting introduce a more intimate atmosphere, balancing the overall minimalism with warmth and depth.
