Fit Factor is a contemporary 910 m² fitness club designed as a holistic environment where architecture enhances performance, wellbeing, and everyday experience. Located in the Saburtalo district next to the Tbilisi Sports Palace, the project combines premium fitness facilities with refined hospitality-inspired interiors. The concept balances exposed concrete, natural stone, oak veneer, textured plaster, and black steel details to create a timeless architectural identity. Layered lighting, integrated LED accents, and open spatial planning establish intuitive circulation between reception, training zones, wellness facilities, locker rooms, and the Fit Bar. Natural planting, bespoke furniture, sculptural architectural elements, and carefully integrated branding create a calm yet energetic atmosphere where functionality and aesthetics coexist. The result is a premium fitness destination that supports physical performance while delivering an elegant architectural experience.
