Fallen Stone Retreat is a 60 m² mountain cottage in Kazbegi, inspired by the massive natural boulders of the surrounding landscape. Conceived as a sculptural “fallen stone,” the organic reinforced-concrete shell integrates panoramic openings, natural light, and a compact program with living/kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, and storage. Minimal site intervention allows the architecture, structure, and alpine landscape to function as one unified composition.
