Elva Residence is a82m² completed residential interior in Kutaisi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE managed the complete execution process, including construction and finishing works, lighting, sanitary installation, built-in elements, and custom furniture production.
The story
The interior is shaped by a bright neutral palette, herringbone wood flooring, subtle classical wall detailing, glass partitions, and clean integrated lighting. The result is a calm, elegant, and functional home with a refined contemporary character.
The project was completed as one integrated service, combining full renovation and custom-made furniture through final delivery.
