COASTLINE 84 INTERIOR

Coastline 84 is an 84 m² residential interior project located in Batumi, combining contemporary minimalism with warm natural materials. The concept focuses on maximizing the efficiency of a compact floor area while maintaining a sense of openness, functionality, and visual continuity. Light wood textures, neutral surfaces, and black metal accents establish a calm and balanced material palette. Integrated cabinetry throughout the kitchen and living areas reduces visual clutter while providing generous storage. Linear lighting and abundant daylight emphasize the tactile quality of the finishes and reinforce the clean architectural composition. The bedroom and bathrooms continue the same design language through a restrained combination of timber, light stone-inspired surfaces, and graphite details. The result is a contemporary, comfortable, and practical home tailored to the urban and coastal character of Batumi.
