Claret Residence is a 95 m² completed residential interior in Avlabari, Tbilisi, Georgia, delivered as a full turnkey renovation from black-frame condition to a fully finished and furnished space. APROEKTE managed the complete execution process, including renovation works, finishing, lighting, custom built-in elements, and furniture production.
The story
The interior combines classic wall detailing with contemporary materials, dark wood accents, glass partitions, and warm integrated lighting. The result is a refined, functional space with a balanced contrast between traditional proportions and modern architectural elements.
The project was completed as one integrated service, combining full renovation and custom furniture production from start to finish.
